Returns

Since most Hope Inspire products are print-on-demand and made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong item or incorrect design

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible.

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Original packaging and proof of purchase may be required.

Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we will:

  • Issue a replacement, or

  • Process a refund to your original payment method, based on your preference and product availability

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Exchanges for size, color, or design changes are not supported, as all items are custom-printed.

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Print-on-demand items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Sale or promotional items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately with clear photos and order details

  • We will arrange a free replacement or refund at no additional cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side
